Signed contract + 3,000 down = Secured date
The rest of your payment will be due 3-6 months prior depending on when you book. A $500 damage deposit check will be received 2 months prior to event and held until the end of your event. Your check will be shredded if no damages occur. Day of event insurance is required as well as an on-site officer during hours alcohol is served.
